The Beijing Sub-Center Administrative Office Area has a planned area of 600 ha. It adopts an ecological urban layout characterized by blue-green integration, freshness and brightness, water-city symbiosis, and multi-cluster intensive and compact development, with landscape design leading multi-disciplinary collaboration. It genuinely starts from the needs of administrative office users to create a comfortable and pleasant forest office area for the sub-center, setting an example for its development into a world-class demonstration zone for a harmonious and livable capital, a new type of urbanization demonstration zone, and a demonstration zone for coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
